This site was created for easier access to information on several missing children. This information and these photos were scattered and from various sources. This information was available but not easily accessible, so one of the goals was to compile it in one location.

Photos, news stories and demonstrations have been done to bring attention to the three missing Guatemalan girls, daughters of Loyda Rodriguez, Olga Lopez, and Raquel Par. These actions were done with the hope that the adoptive parents would voluntarily come forward for investigation — without legal action having to take place. It is understood that the mothers of these children desire communication with the adoptive families, and legal measures are a last resort. It is understood that friendly communication and non-legal action has long been desired.

Unfortunately, it is understood that recently there has been legal action in Guatemala to annul these adoptions, as no adoptive parents have come forward.

Many are concerned about the consequences of legal intervention in these cases. If the DNA does not match the presumed biological mother after the child has been returned to Guatemala though legal proceedings, the child could possibly remain under state custody.

There are three children believed to be adopted and living in the US that apparently have the same picture(s) used in adoption case documents. The child in the photo(s) is identified as Anyeli Liseth Hernandez Rodrguez by her mother Loyda Rodriguez and was identified in the following adoption files (names listed here are presumably given by case facilitators and are in the Guatemalan case files):

Fraudulent Place of Birth: Iztapa, Escuintla, Guatemala

Because the child was only one month old at time of kidnapping, it is difficult to identify the child in photographs, and case documents must be used in addition to recognition. Mother Olga Lopez has identified several of cases with accompanying photos that could be her daughter. However, it is believed this child has now been positively identified and is living in Illinois with adoptive parents.

Date Stolen: April 04, 2006 (child was 11 months old)

Location: Bolivar Ave, Villa Hermosa, Guatemala City, Guatemala

Details: while traveling on a bus, the mother Raquel Par was offered a drink that was poisoned. After drinking it, she passed out. When she awoke, her daughter was gone.

Approximate date of US immigration: November or December 2007

DNA Testing: Child passed the required USCIS DNA test. Unknown at this time what doctors in Guatemala handled the DNA.
